Allow enough time for your candle to burn until the full surface has melted. Reaching a full melt pool will help your candle burn evenly.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Be sure to extinguish all candles before leaving a room or before going to sleep.
Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
Place your candle on a stable, heat resistant surface away from flammable objects, drafts, ceilings fans and any air currents before lighting.
Trim candle wicks to 1/4 inch before every burn to keep the wax clean and burning nicely. Long, or crooked untrimmed wicks can cause uneven burning, or your candle to burn too quickly, produce soot, and affect the fragrance performance.
To extend the life of your candle, do not burn your candle more than 4 hours at a time.
Extinguish a candle if the flame gets too close to the candle holder or container.
For safety, don’t burn your candle all the way down. Discontinue burning a candle when 1/2 inch of wax remains in the container.
