Handcrafted with love in Chandler, Arizona. We use a proprietary premium wax for an eco-friendly clean burn combined with premium fragrance oils, non-toxic dyes and lead-free wicks. We pride ourselves for making cruelty-free, phthalate-free and paraben-free products.
Store your wax melts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. This prevents them from melting or losing their fragrance prematurely.
Handle wax melts with clean, dry hands to avoid transferring dirt or oils onto them. This helps maintain the quality of the scent and appearance. If wax melts become soft or misshapen due to handling, simply let them cool and they will return to their original state.
Use an approved wax melt warmer or burner designed for wax melts. Never heat wax melts on a stovetop or in a microwave. DO NOT add water.
Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for your wax melt warmer. Never leave the wax melt warmer on for more than 4 hours or unattended, and keep them out of reach of children and pets.
Ensure the wax melt warmer is placed on a well ventilated area or a stable heat resistant surface away from flammable materials.
Once the scent has dissipated, allow the wax to cool and harden. To remove used wax from the warmer, you can either wait for it to solidify and pop out easily or gently warm the wax to make removal easier.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After the processing period, orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days depending upon the shipping method. Should an item go out of stock, you will be contacted for replacement or refund options.
